This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules governing the use of Alea Group AG’s services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP, which is designed to protect the integrity of our services, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal or reputational risks.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion

  • Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services

  • Fraudulent financial schemes or scams

High-Risk or Restricted Sectors

  • Unlicensed gambling or betting platforms

  • Unregulated Forex or binary options

  • Pyramid, Ponzi, or MLM schemes

  • Darknet-related services or mixers

  • Unauthorized sale of weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods

Financial Abuse

  • Circumventing payment limits, KYC/AML checks, or regulatory controls

  • Impersonation, fake identity creation, or falsified documentation

  • Using stolen payment instruments or compromised accounts

Technical Misuse

  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems

  • Disrupting or attacking our infrastructure (DDoS, brute force, etc.)

  • Using bots or automated tools to access services without authorization

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services. We may also report violations to competent authorities or regulators, including MROS, SO-FIT, or FINMA.

2. Risk Disclosure Statement

Purpose

This statement informs users and clients of Alea Group AG about the potential risks associated with using digital payment systems and services involving tokenized or digital assets.

Alea implements strong security and reliability controls, but no system is entirely risk-free. Services are provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, performance, or security.

  • Price volatility when interacting with third-party asset gateways

  • Counterparty risk when using external providers (banks, PSPs, exchanges)

4. Operational Risk

  • Errors or omissions in user input

  • Misuse or theft of account credentials

Limitation of Liability

Alea Group AG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
